In this fireside chat learn from CyberPeace Institute’s Adrien Ogee and Per Scholars’ Chief Enterprise Solutions Office Damien Howard on various strategies for building capacity for cyber skills in the nonprofit sector. Each will talk about the work they do building cyber security skills utilizing different strategies. 

Damien Howard is the Chief Enterprise Solutions Officer at Per Scholas. In this role, Damien is responsible for driving revenue across multiple verticals by aligning and optimizing the national nonprofit’s employer engagement and business strategy. Damien focuses on driving revenue growth across multiple markets while providing leadership for the Sales & Account Management, National Business Solutions, and Corporate Engagement Teams. Damien is an innovative leader with broad-based expertise in sales, management, contract negotiations, operations, and business development. His proven ability to quickly analyze key business drivers and develop strategies to grow the business paired with high integrity and energetic thinking makes Damien an essential part of Per Scholas’ National Leadership Team.

Adrien Ogée spent his career in various cyber crisis response roles in Thales, the French and European Cybersecurity Agencies (ANSSI and ENISA), and the World Economic Forum. At the Institute, he oversees the provision of cybersecurity assistance to vulnerable populations. Adrien holds an MEng in telecommunication and information systems, an MSc in Global Security and has an MBA. Adrien is the COO of CyberPeace Institute.
