Shadrock Roberts is a driven Program Manager with 10+ years of experience launching and managing technical programs for humanitarian data collection, software development, data governance, and data protection, often in complex environments. Shadrock is currently the Director of Global Data Protection & Privacy at Mercy Corps.

Rick Cohen brings wide-ranging expertise to his role as Chief Communications Officer/Chief Operating Officer for the National Council of Nonprofits (NCN), the country’s largest network of charitable nonprofits. In managing the organization’s communications and internal operations, his areas of responsibility span media relations, finance, compliance, technology, and human resources. He also works to ensure the nonprofit field is informed of developments and new resources that can affect their ability to advance their missions.

Rick joined NCN in May 2005 after two years with the Forum of Regional Associations of Grantmakers (now United Philanthropy Forum). A graduate of American University, Rick also holds an Executive Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Georgetown University and a Masters of Science in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University.
